WHEREAS, upon a resolution adopted by the county board of elections and approved by the Executive Director of the State Board, voters from a given precinct may be temporarily transferred, for the purpose of voting, to an adjacent precinct.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Union County Board of Elections adopts a resolution for the following temporary transfer of voters:

During the November 4, 2025 Municipal Election only:

Town of Mineral Springs - Those voters residing within the Town of Mineral Springs and within Precinct #007 Mt. Carmel Church shall vote at Precinct #0019 Mineral Springs VFD, 5804 Waxhaw Hwy, Monroe, NC 28112.

Village of Marvin - Those voters residing within the Village of Marvin and within Precinct #028C Marvin AME Zion Church shall vote at Precinct #028B Marvin Elementary School, 9700 Marvin School Road, Waxhaw, NC 28173.

Town of Marshville – Those voters residing within the Town of Marshville and within Precinct #036 Crossroads AME Zion Church shall vote at Precinct #009 Edwards Memorial Library, 414 Hasty Street, Marshville, NC 28103.

Town of Wesley Chapel – Those voters residing within the Village of Wesley Chapel and within Precinct #0042 New Salem Baptist Church shall vote at Precinct #017A Wesley Chapel Elementary School, 110 South Potter Rd., Monroe NC 28110.

Town of Wingate – Those voters residing within the Town of Wingate and within Precinct #036 Crossroads AME Zion Church shall vote at Precinct #008 Wingate Community Center, 315 West Elm Street, Wingate, NC 28174.
